AMI Mechanical is a rapidly growing service provider of HVAC, Plumbing, and Maintenance Services across Colorado. Aspenhills Consulting is acting in a technology and process advisory role for both internal and client/designer/contractor facing services. Aspenhills Consulting was engaged to:

  • Evaluate current BIM and technology capabilities, processes, and organization.
  • Help select companywide BIM/VDC/Collaboration/Communication tools and processes.
  • Evaluate current workflow and staffing skills.
  • Facilitate outward collaboration and communication capabilities.
  • Advise on future trends and capabilities in the industry that will affect these tools and processes.
